BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving Charlottesville community. This temporary role offers weekly pay, medical and dental benefits, and opportunities to advance, with quick hiring and on-site work.

Start ASAP and join a team focused on exceptional customer service. The position requires 1 year of leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi/OneSite/BlueMoon, and solid knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software required.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations required.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing leases.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes and confidently lease units to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong resident relationships.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist in daily office operations.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
• Assist residents with concerns and submit service requests.
