Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee leasing at our Seabrook, Texas community. You will conduct property tours, promote the property through marketing efforts, and work to convert prospects into residents.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building to maintain occupancy and support renewals. On-site position with growth opportunities within a residential property management team.

Formación

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents to facilitate leasing and renewal decisions.
• Generate leads by following up via phone and email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the local market.
