• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log work orders promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for leasing.
• Maintain grounds free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services and replacements per industry standards.
