Qualifications

• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for leasing.
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements to meet industry standards.
