Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities in Mooresville, NC. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with a pay rate of $24-$26 per hour. HVAC experience required; EPA certification a plus.

You will complete service tickets, log work orders, prepare vacants for leasing, maintain grounds, and provide excellent resident service. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA experience required; certification is a plus
• General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents
• Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Perform repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community
