Fivestone Management, LLC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain apartment interiors and assist staff to keep the property pristine. The role emphasizes timely cleaning of offices, models, and vacant units, with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is entry level, able to follow directions, wear required PPE, and work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with possible weekends. Knowledge of cleaning fluids and tools, and basic English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; able to take direction.
• Must wear back support belt, goggles, masks and gloves as tasks dictate.
• 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Mon–Fri; weekends may be required.
• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean office, clubroom, and restrooms daily before 9 A.M.
• Clean and maintain models daily.
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by manager.
• Keep vacant units ready for new residents.
• Inform management of supply needs monthly.
• Distribute resident communications to residents.
• Perform work area cleanup and safety duties.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned.
