NALS Apartment Homes is hiring a reliable housekeeper for Towne Square Apartments in Chandler, AZ. You will keep common areas, offices, and model apartments clean, prepare refreshments for opening, and support make-readies to maintain a welcoming property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dust office, clubhouse, laundry facility, and all common areas daily.
• Prepare coffee and refreshments for office opening.
• Clean model apartments on a weekly basis.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms in units.
• Ensure all make-readies are cleaned promptly and properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
