Job summary

Everland, Singapore-based, seeks a highly experienced Vice President, Business Development, APAC to lead growth in the region, develop strategic plans, expand the client base, and drive revenue from forest carbon offsets.

You will build and manage a high-performing BD team, collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to optimize processes, and represent Everland at regional conferences and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years in sales or business development, preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to lead a small, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential buyers of forest carbon offsets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and manage a high-performing BD region aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to optimize sales processes.
• Represent Everland at regional conferences and industry events.
• Act as liaison between regional clients and Everland's global leadership.
