Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Services to lead a team of Clinical Scientists and ensure high-quality scientific delivery across clinical trials. You will partner with eCOA, data analytics, and product teams to advance endpoint quality and methodological consistency.

The role requires international collaboration, travel up to 25%, and fluency in Japanese and English, with senior leadership oversight and business development input.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or healthcare; clinical trial experience preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required; third language a plus.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor, and develop clinical staff at varying levels of seniority.
• Excellent scientific writing and oral communication skills; credible presenter.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support business development and endpoint quality programs.
• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Scientists; ensure training and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with eCOA, data analytics, and product development teams across time zones.
• Contribute to clinical product and service development with scientific input.
