Job summary

C2 Education in Rockville, MD is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality lessons aligned with our curriculum and learning philosophy. You will help students grow academically and attend to individual needs.

You will assess progress, maintain records, and collaborate with staff while communicating with parents about student development. In-person tutoring is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Schedule

Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday - Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
