Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university recognized by THECB.
• Texas Educator Certification, or willing to join ACP to get certified.
• Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology.
• Ability to instruct students using a variety of technology applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Developing rigorous lessons in your specific content area, in 1:1 blended learning environments, to reignite students for college and beyond.
• Setting ambitious goals with students and monitoring progress with frequent feedback.
• Tracking student growth and using data to create growth plans.
• Building strong relationships with students and families via regular communication.
• Creating a conducive classroom environment for learning and development.
• Collaborating with co-planner to align daily lesson plans and resources.
• Meeting deadlines for lesson plans, grades, and samples.
• Working with a team to provide consistency, support, and accountability.
