Novant Health Surry Medical Extended Care- Rockford in Mount Airy, NC, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join a busy walk-in clinic. You will provide urgent, same-day care under outpatient physicians, working 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) three days a week on a rotating schedule, treating a range of acute illnesses and injuries.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, PA or NP licensure in the state, and NCCPA/DEA/BLS certifications, with a strong focus on efficient,

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required, NCCPA-accredited PA program or NP program.
• Current PA or NP license in appropriate state; NCCPA or nursing board registry; BLS and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced walk-in clinic for acute, same-day needs.
• Work 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, three days per week on a rotating schedule.
• Treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries; perform basic testing, treatment, and follow-up.
