Job summary

Fusion Academy in the United States is seeking a Math and Science Teacher for grades 4–12 in a 1‑to‑1 private school setting. You’ll design creative lessons, shape your schedule, and collaborate with passionate colleagues while personalizing education academically, socially, and emotionally.

This part-time role runs Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 12:30pm and requires a Bachelor’s degree; you’ll teach diverse math and science courses and mentor students with learning differences, while

As a Math and Science Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, Zoology, Integrated, Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social‑emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student‑centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

This is a Part-Time teaching position. The required hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Must be available to teach all AP Math and Science courses.
