C2 Educational Systems is seeking a part-time instructor to provide high-quality, after-school lessons aligned with our curriculum. The role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student growth.

Sessions run after school, Mon-Thu 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with location in Fairfax, VA. A completed bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT/AP/ACT test.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Experience using educational technology to enhance teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support learning.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Participate in professional development to improve teaching skills.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
