Thrive Tutoring in Hendersonville, TN seeks an experienced AP Economics Tutor to provide individualized academic support to a high school student. The role focuses on AP Macroeconomics and AP Microeconomics and helps build student confidence through targeted instruction.

Formación

• Should have in-depth knowledge of AP Macroeconomics and/or AP Microeconomics.
• Prior tutoring/teaching experience with high school students preferred.
• Familiarity with College Board AP Economics curriculum and exam expectations.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in AP Macroeconomics and/or AP Microeconomics.
• Explain key economic concepts, graphs, models, and real-world applications.
• Assist with coursework, exam prep, and AP-style practice questions.
• Identify learning gaps and tailor instruction to student needs.
• Help student develop effective study strategies and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate progress with family and Thrive team.
