Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver engaging lessons after school, Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Locations vary. You’ll assess progress, maintain records, and partner with families to support student growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least two years of teaching experience, with strong communication and classroom management skills and proficiency in educational technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

Responsibilities
