Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

The Woodlands, TX (Onsite)

We’re hiring an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join a leading commercial real estate firm based in The Woodlands, TX. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting a portfolio of 11 properties, offering growth potential, bonus eligibility, and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Process ~100 monthly AP/AR transactions across 11 commercial properties
• Review and verify invoices, code expenses, and prepare weekly payments (AvidXchange, MRI)
• Post daily tenant rent checks and ACH payments into MRI
• Audit credit card charges and employee expense reports
• Handle intercompany billing and deposits
• Maintain 1099 records for accurate year-end reporting
• Support Property Managers with invoice/ledger research
• Provide admin support to VP of Accounting

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of property accounting or AP/AR experience
• Proficiency in Yardi or MRI is a must
• Associate’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
