Job summary

Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC installation leader in Omaha to drive the residential installation team and ensure high-quality, code-compliant results.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance of installers across multiple sites, while coordinating with homeowners and inspectors to deliver successful installations. Growth opportunities and leadership development are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation.
• Proven leadership of install teams and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and HVAC code knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational and reporting skills.
• Experience managing job schedules, materials and crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team.
• Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of installers and helpers.
• Ensure installations meet local code requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments.
• Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting.
• Resolve field issues and support installers with guidance.
• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including airflow, gas piping, electrical components, and system installation
• Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews
