Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Able to focus with strong attention to detail.
• Able to learn AOI/AXI (5DX) software applications.
• Capable of meeting daily and weekly production schedules.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report AOI/AXI defect information from test station reports.
• Perform visual inspection of PCBA and compare against test results.
• Ensure component and solder results meet IPC requirements before clearance.
• Perform verification tests in support of Quality or Engineering teams.
• Coordinate priorities with Operations to manage workload.
• Generate and understand defect analysis reports and images.
• Assist engineers by gathering information for root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Utilize SFDC, Agile, and Excel for required computer transactions.
• Identify discrepancies in documentation or quality/process issues and suggest changes.
