Job summary

The Boeing Company in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Associate Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist to join a dynamic AOG MICAP team managing high-value shipments for the USAF. The role includes coordinating transportation risk mitigation and working within a cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery of critical aircraft parts.

This is a dual-hybrid position with shifts on a 24/7 schedule, requiring collaboration with service providers and key business partners to maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in military logistics and/or working contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense.
• 1+ years of experience in data entry.
• 1+ years of experience working in military procedures, processes and technical orders.
• 1+ years of experience with Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate internal process reviews and service provider performance evaluations for AOG MICAP team.
• Respond to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution for AOG MICAP team.
• Facilitate solutions to logistics complications in Supply Chain & Global Distribution of aircraft parts.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis on complex logistics initiatives and recommend solutions.
• Process orders, log data, track orders, and finalize customer requirements for AOG MICAP team.
• Develop logistics reports and presentations for business units and stakeholders.
• Analyze material location and initiate redistribution for the AOG MICAP team.
• Analyze carrier performance data for cycle time, cost and process review.
• Develop and implement KPIs to meet organizational objectives.
