Job summary

Mahajan Therapeutics is seeking an orderly and compassionate AOD Case Manager to support therapists and families in outpatient treatment. The role emphasizes coordinating services, preparing reports, and attending staffing and court proceedings as needed.

The ideal candidate has CDCA certification and experience with diverse client populations, with a focus on communication, organization, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents, adults, emotionally disturbed population, or addiction is preferred.
• Interact in a pleasant and professional manner with staff, physicians and families.
• Strong organizational, writing, speaking, and phone-handling abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good memory and reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between therapists, referring agencies, and families.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure client needs are met.
• Attend court hearings as needed.
• Prepare treatment progress reports for staffing.
• Facilitate individual and group CSP as assigned.
• Assist in achieving independence in daily living skills.
