Job summary

Air National Guard Units in Illinois seeks an Intelligence Operations Specialist (TITLE 32) to develop and manage the AIS intelligence training and readiness program in support of AOC/ISRD operations worldwide. You will act as SME on AOC/ISRD processes, including Predictive Analysis, Targeting, and Combat Assessment, and coordinate with multiple DoD entities.

The role requires deep expertise, planning and evaluation of training objectives, with Top Secret clearance and a GS-0132-12 level.

Qualifications

• Education substitution not allowed; experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the unit's SME on AOC/ISRD processes, including Predictive Analysis, Targeting, and Combat Assessment.
• Develop and refine TTPs/CONOPS to resolve intelligence problems for AIS and AOC support.
• Plan and manage AIS training and readiness to certify personnel.
• Coordinate with MAJCOMs, NAFs, and national agencies to align with ISRD needs.
• Advise AIS Commander/SIO on TTPs, systems, and readiness.
