Job summary

CoralTree Residence Collection is seeking a full-time Houseperson for Wailea Beach Villas in Wailea, Hawaii. You will clean and maintain residences, storage areas and vehicles while upholding CoralTree’s high cleanliness standards.

Hotel cleaning experience is not required, and teamwork is emphasized. The position offers an hourly rate of $24.39 plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• 1–2 years cleaning hotel/resort rooms preferred

Responsibilities

The Houseperson/Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and maintenance of residences, storage areas and vehicles as assigned. The Houseperson/Housekeeping will maintain CoralTree Residence Collection’s high standards of cleanliness. Hotel cleaning experience is NOT required.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required
• Effective verbal communication skills required
• 1 to 2 years prior experience in cleaning hotel/resort guest rooms preferred
• Ability to perform job functions with diligence, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision
