Lewis Brisbois is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of antitrust experience to join our Antitrust & Competition Practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on complex civil litigation, regulatory matters, and government investigations.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills, plus experience with price-fixing or related competition claims. DC bar admission or waiver eligibility is required.

Competenze

• 2-7 years of antitrust and competition law experience
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Experience defending price-fixing, cartel, monopolization, bid-rigging, or related competition claims
• Experience with government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters is a plus
• Judicial clerkship, deposition, or federal court/agency appearance is a plus
• Active bar admission in DC or eligibility to waive in
