Required: JD from a top-tier law school, active bar in the applicable jurisdiction, and 4+ years of antitrust experience; strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive antitrust experience in private practice, the DOJ, FTC, or similar agency.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Counsel clients through civil and criminal antitrust investigations by DOJ/FTC.
• Advise clients on merger reviews, investigations and antitrust compliance.
• Analyze competitive practices and provide strategic guidance on distribution, joint ventures, collaborations.
