Qualifications

• Experience with second request investigations is preferred.
• Must have ABA JD and bar admission in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation and merger clearance work within the antitrust practice.
• Contribute to cross-border matters and client counseling.
• Prepare memoranda, filings, and internal analyses.
