Job summary

Security 1 Solutions seeks an Antiterrorism Specialist for on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves planning, risk management, training and exercise development, and AT program evaluation to protect personnel and property and ensure mission continuity.

The position requires a current Active Secret Clearance, experience in government staff work, and the ability to prepare executive-level materials and briefings. Travel and Army regulation familiarity are expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Current Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Experience in staff roles conducting document research, writing and staffing papers, executive summaries, information papers and memorandums.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior-level military officers and government executives.
• Knowledge of Army facility security standards and AR 25-50 for correspondence.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing conferences within Army guidelines.
• Familiar with US Army hierarchy, terminology, acronyms, and rank structure.

Responsibilities

• Support AT planning including risk management, planning, training and exercise development, evaluation, and resource allocation.
• Develop AT programs, procedures, and contingency plans based on risk perspective and monitor to safeguard workforce and mission continuity.
• Oversee AT plan development, integration, and exercise, and prepare briefings for agency personnel and official documents.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute conferences within Army Conference guidelines.
• Deliver AT briefings to educate agency personnel and prepare information papers for government requirements.
