Job summary

The USC Shoah Foundation Countering Antisemitism Lab in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Training Manager to build and lead a national training practice on antisemitism prevention and response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering live training for professional adult audiences.
• Ability to command a room and handle unscripted questions in real time.
• Experience handling sensitive or controversial topics in live sessions.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead live training sessions (in person, virtual, and asynchronous) for diverse audiences.
• Design training materials translating research into practical content.
• Collaborate with staff to create assessments and evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate logistics and travel for trainings and events.
• Represent USC Shoah Foundation staff on trainings and client engagements.
