Ensures safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapy through collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Delivers patient and staff education, precepts pharmacy learners, and supports clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Coordinates medication reconciliation, clinical interventions, and pharmacokinetic monitoring to enhance patient outcomes.
