Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Draft classroom rules and safety regulations; ensure understanding.
• Utilize diverse teaching materials and methods to deliver content.
• Provide support and interventions for struggling students; offer extra resources.
• Prepare students for tests, exams, presentations, and other assessments.
• Grade assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Attend staff and parent meetings and share recommendations or concerns.
• Work at the building for hours 7:45am–4:00pm.
• Establish rapport and professional relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Supervise students in class, at events, and on field trips.
• Monitor wellbeing and liaise with counselors when concerns arise.
• Attend ongoing learning initiatives (workshops, lectures, conferences).
• Attend 1–3 night events as requested by principals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data.

• Attending and interacting in staff and parent meetings to provide helpful recommendations or voice concerns.
• Working at the building for the established hours of 7:45am - 4:00pm
• Establishing rapport and professional relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Supervising students in class, during events, and on field trips.
• Monitoring students' overall wellbeing and liaising with school counselors and other staff members when there are concerns or issues.
