The Elementary Special Education Teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. This educator develops and implements individualized education programs (IEPs), adapts curriculum and teaching strategies to meet each student's unique abilities, and collaborates with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The teacher ensures compliance with federal and state special education regulations while fostering an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential.
