Job summary

Annville-Cleona School District is seeking an Anticipated Elementary Special Education Autistic Support Paraprofessional for Annville Elementary School. The role supports students with autism in a dedicated Autistic Support classroom and in general education settings, seven hours daily.

The ideal candidate will have experience with verbal behavior or Applied Behavior Analysis and meet one of the required educational qualifications. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

Anticipated - Elementary Special Education Autistic Support Paraprofessional

Autistic Support Paraprofessional Position is available in a 3-6 Autistic Supportclassroom (7 hours/day). A Paraprofessional is assigned to provide instruction and behavioral support to students within the Autistic Support setting and general education classrooms. Previous experience in verbal behavior and/or Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred.Must meet ONE of the following qualifications:

• Have completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study.
• Possess an Associate Degree or higher
• Meet a rigorous standard of quality as documented through a state or local assessment.
