Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-year biotech certificate or training program.
• Hands-on basic lab skills including micropipetting and sterile technique.
• Ability to follow SOPs and record data precisely.
• Comfort using Excel or digital lab notebooks to record data.

Responsibilities

• Execute antibody developability assays (thermostability, ELISA, LC) to support customer projects.
• Maintain careful records of samples, reagents, and data in digital tracking systems.
• Set up, run, and clean automated liquid handling systems and robotic workstations under supervision.
• Perform routine basic biotechnology workflows following SOPs (pipetting, liquid transfers, sample prep).
• Communicate status of tasks and equipment needs with the team.
