The Missouri National Guard is seeking an experienced anti-terrorism and force protection security specialist to support JFHQ-MO J3 initiatives in Jefferson City. You will advise on AT/FP policies, coordinate statewide security efforts and manage program status across multiple agencies.

You will prepare comprehensive AT/FP plans and tools, oversee CVAMP data accuracy, and brief leadership on risk and compliance. The role includes occasional travel and a strong pension/benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must currently possess a Secret clearance or be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance within one year of date of hire. Valid driver's license is required.
• One or more years’ experience as a Planner II with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System.
• Or a bachelor’s degree and three or more years’ experience in the field of antiterrorism, security, or force protection.
• The physical ability for sitting, walking, standing, occasionally lifting to 40 pounds.
• Occasional overnight travel required for training and meetings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate AT/FP program initiatives and advise leadership on policy and program status.
• Prepare AT/FP plans, templates and planning tools for subordinate units.
• Oversee data entry and accuracy for the CVAMP administrator.
• Advise JFHQ-MO J3 on AT/FP implementation and training.
• Engage with local, state and federal law enforcement on security matters.
