Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a qualified engineer to advance the Javelin Anticheat on multiple platforms. You will adapt the anti-cheat to different hardware configurations and drive Linux/Proton support alongside Windows targets.

Join EA's SPEAR Anti-Cheat Engineering team in a hybrid North America role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Anti-Cheat Engineering, with opportunities to shape secure, scalable game experiences.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with C++ or other low-level programming languages.
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows internals and processor intrinsics.
  • 1+ years of experience with Clang and LLVM toolchains.
  • Experience shipping Windows drivers on x86_64 and ARM64 platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Load different versions of EA Javelin Anticheat based on user hardware.
  • Improve automated build and test pipelines for ARM devices.
  • Remediate security findings and implement bug fixes in EA Javelin Anticheat.
  • Develop features for EA Javelin Anticheat on non-Windows devices, including Proton and Linux.

Job Summary
