Anthropologie in Chicago is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales by delivering a genuine, personalized shopping experience to every customer.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, support store operations, collaboration with teammates, and contribute to maintaining Anthropologie's visual standards while assisting in omni-channel fulfillment during peak seasons.

Competenze

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being a team player with a collaborative mindset is important.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Interest in fashion and Anthropologie products is a plus.

• Understands their contribution to service and selling on every shift in order to impact the store's business
• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock; contributes to completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor
• Maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; stays current on merchandising updates

Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.50/Hr.
