Role Summary

A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily processes. They are experts in operating procedures and contribute to mentoring the associate team.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Collaborate with the leadership team to cultivate a welcoming environment where all customers feel valued.
• Drive sales and store metrics by utilizing key performance indicators to set goals.
• Use technology to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.

Leadership + Team Management

• Participate in managing the store environment and customer experience, fostering positivity and managing daily zones.
• Support training of the associate team, including onboarding new hires.

Visual + Business Operations

• Support daily operations such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking, and assisting with facilities or IT issues.
• Collaborate on shipment and omni fulfillment processes; support visual standards and stock management.
• Help maintain cleanliness and visual messaging within the store.

Communication + Relationships

• Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening and seeking diverse perspectives.
• Maintain communication with leadership to achieve store objectives.
• Provide insights on customer and employee experiences and share feedback with the Store Manager.
• Enhance team morale through initiatives like the SPARKED Journal, recognition, and team activities.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.60/hr.
