Position: Experienced Anterior Ceramist

Location: Independence, OH

Status: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7AM-3PM

Position Summary

ROE Dental Laboratory, a recognized leader in high-quality dental restorations, is seeking a skilled and experienced Anterior Ceramist to join our fixed department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ceramic artistry and esthetics, with a focus on producing high-quality anterior restorations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of form, function, and natural dental anatomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate anterior ceramic restorations according to internal standards and client specifications.
• Perform ceramic build-up, contouring, and finishing with attention to esthetics and function.
• Interpret prescriptions, diagnostic records, and shade requirements for each case.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members across departments as needed.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in case turnaround.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with lab protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental ceramist, with a focus on anterior restorations.
• Advanced knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, and color theory.
• Strong hand skills and attention to fine detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• CDT certification in ceramics or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with implant-supported restorations and digital lab workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating esthetic anterior cases is highly encouraged.
