Job summary

TIAA is seeking an Annuitization Product Capability Owner to oversee end-to-end services for the Annuitization platform and Lifetime Income offerings, combining product ownership with data analysis to define scalable solutions and roadmaps.

The role collaborates with enterprise partners, analyzes stakeholder feedback, builds executive-ready materials, and develops Tableau dashboards to drive insight and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business management or cross-functional role with analytical experience.
• Proficient in writing/troubleshooting SQL and extracting data from large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau for dashboard development.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Owners and partner teams to deliver product solutions on the Annuitization platform.
• Support roadmap development and ensure alignment with Enterprise strategy and initiative prioritization.
• Contribute to impact assessments and solution design for new or enhanced initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Prepare executive-facing materials, communications, and strategic summaries for senior leadership.
• Conduct research on stakeholder processes, VOC feedback, and remediation trends to inform strategy.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to support product decisions and surface trends.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports providing visibility into key metrics for stakeholders.
• Define Epics and capabilities and align the roadmap with the Enterprise portfolio; partner with Solution Architects.
