Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a proactive team lead to guide a small group of transcriptionists or annotators. You will onboard and train new members, review their work, and provide constructive feedback to keep quality on target.

This remote contract offers part-time hours (10–40 per week), paid hourly or per task in USD. You will report daily progress and quality to the project manager and handle guideline questions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in annotation, transcription, publishing or similar.
• Strong reviewing skills in the project language.
• Clear, patient communication.
