Job summary

You will audit technician work, help meet production goals, create documents, and lead daily huddles with Barrier Leaders to foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A) from a two-year college or technical school, or technical/managerial experience at an equivalent level.
• AALAS certifications, LVT/CVT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisory staff in training new employees.
• Back up animal care technicians as required.
• Coordinate and order supplies.
• Inform Supervisor or Manager of problems.
• Audit work of Animal Care Technicians, including line audits, SOP compliance, and recordkeeping and packing accuracy.
• Ensure that production goals are met, initiate changes if necessary.
• Provide input to supervisor on performance of Animal Care Technicians.
• Create documents, including COPC and E-Pack.
• Hold daily huddles with Barrier Leaders.
• Promote a positive work environment.
