Job summary

Country Supplier LLC is seeking a customer-focused team member to help deliver excellent service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product location and promotions.

The role involves phone duties, radio communication with staff, and supporting merchandising, floor moves, and housekeeping to keep the store organized and inviting. Flexibility to assist in other departments and perform daily cleaning is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
