Job summary

Colorado State University’s Flint Animal Cancer Center is hiring a Clinical Trials Coordinator to manage protocol compliance for enrolled patients, assist in recruitment, and support study-related admin tasks. Qualifications

• BS degree in Biology or closely related field is required.
• Or an Associate degree with 2 years of related experience.
• More than three years of experience as a veterinary technician or in human clinical trials.
• Experience processing samples such as plasma, serum, PBMCs.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Interest in clinical trials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol compliance for all patients in clinical trials; monitor data quality and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of protocols open for enrollment.
• Handle study drug inventory, budget tracking, scheduling, and roster updates.
• Assist enrollment by assessing eligibility and obtaining informed consent.
• Support clinical trials technicians and manage study binders.
