Click here to learn more.**Job Description****Summary** Provide care and maintenance for all animals by performing the following duties.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Compassionate care is the top priority for all animals* Keeps kennels clean, orderly and free of odors* Ensures that kennel areas are clean, orderly and safe for animals* Feeds animals as scheduled and according to guidelines and make sure that have water at all times* Complies with specific feeding programs related to behavioral enrichment for specific animals* Ensures that animals have socialization daily* Exercises/socializes animals daily and abides by exercise program in place for each dog/cat* Documents necessary animal information for management or veterinary staff.* Ensures the comfort and cleanliness of all animals* Bathes or cleans animals immediately if they become soled with urine, blood, or feces.* Takes inventory of stock supplies as needed* Cleans laundry as needed* Advises Supervisor of any conditions that are unsafe including unrecognized hazards or infractions of safety rules.**Supervisory Responsibilities**This job has no supervisory responsibilities.**Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
