• Assist customers in resolving a variety of problems/issues in an assigned agency.
• Updates/maintains a variety of databases to facilitate information recording, storage, and retrieval.
• Resolves payment/history questions from customers regarding payments or usage.
• Interacts with the public or staff to assist them with services and identify needs.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Professionally retrieve and handle animals that are up for adoption/transfer/foster (Animal Care Division).
