The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with rotating 12-hour shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain animal areas daily.
• Feed animals and monitor health, including special diets.
• Assist in vaccinations, microchipping, examinations, and medical treatments.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with adoptions.
• Patrol the county to enforce animal control laws and respond to reports.
