Job summary

Animal Rescue League of Boston is seeking an Animal Care Associate for our Dedham campus. The role involves caring for the animal population, providing daily essentials, enrichment, and grooming, as well as guiding clients through adoptions and surrenders with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Care for the animal population of our Dedham Animal Care & Adoption Center by providing food, water, exercise, enrichment, medication, and grooming
• Clean and disinfect kennels and other shelter areas
• Guide clients through the adoption process and surrender process with kindness and compassion
• Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of development professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
