Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer with strong Angular development experience to join our Agile Scrum team in Orlando, FL. You will maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and support existing Angular web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of software engineering experience, be proficient with Angular and related tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain a minimum DoD Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Professional experience developing and maintaining Angular applications.
• Strong proficiency with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with IDEs such as VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or Eclipse.
• Experience working in a Linux development environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and support existing Angular web applications.
• Develop new features and functionality within Angular applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Analyze software requirements and implement enhancements to existing functionality.
• Refactor and improve existing code for maintainability and performance.
• Participate in all phases of the Agile Scrum lifecycle and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders on updates.
• Work with the test team to verify software and resolve defects.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
• Coordinate with documentation/training teams on changes to docs.
