Job summary

Banda Group International (BGI) is seeking a Web Developer to support the development of a new LDRD platform, focusing on front-end design and development using Angular. You will design materials, ensure compliance with Laboratory standards and security policies, and collaborate across multiple applications in an agile setting.

The ideal candidate has a strong Angular background, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while handling confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or related field plus at least 2 years of front-end experience.
• Strong experience developing front-end apps using Angular.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support front-end functionality for a new LDRD platform using the Angular framework.
• Design and format web materials using Laboratory templates, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot application integration and interfacing issues.
• Ensure development activities comply with Laboratory website standards and security requirements.
• Support multiple applications and priorities within a highly agile development environment.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to address front-end design and usability needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to job functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to management.
• Participate in required training sessions and safety briefings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
