You will resurrect flaky Angular tests, build observability, discuss Swift tradeoffs with executives, and drive end-to-end feature delivery. A portfolio showing depth in modern web tech is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating technology expertise.
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Resurrect flaky Angular tests until the Tampa, FL suite is trustworthy again.
• Stand up observability so ByteWorks sees failures before customers.
• Walk technology stakeholders through Swift tradeoffs in language ByteWorks execs grasp.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Ship the GraphQL low-drama rewrite that pays down years of ByteWorks technical debt.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technology requirements.
• Prototype rough Swift ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in ByteWorks's stack.
